Not a neighbor story, but a spring break story... We were playing cards by the pool, and started going around asking all the college age peps to join us for beer and cards. I walked into a room with 3 ladies, I started talking with them, and they said talk to so and so in the bathroom, I walked in, she was showering, I stood there, she opened the shower door and kindly asked me to leave, I waited in with the other 2 until she was done, and got a second look. WOW. Of course, nothing happened, but they did drink with us.
