#1 It sounds like the parents are suing and being greedy.

#2 In an interview done by a couple people (sorry, don't know the site anymore), he said that he hears about it on the Net now, but everything is back to normal at school.

#3 In that same interview, they ask him what he'd want if they raised some money for him, and he said an iPod.
