Get cheap mirror tiles, stick 'em on the ceiling: voilà! They all love it, etc. Just make sure you stick them on properly...
I sometimes think my wife would be most impressed with an electric drawer at the side of the bed, which produces a bacon sandwich and a cup of tea at the press of a button. You'd have to ask Jimmy Saville about the installation, mind.
I personally like glow stars (in the proper constellations, of course), but can't vouch for this doing anything to improve your love life!
