Reminds me of a scene from "Married with Children...":
After Al has been mistakenly given a circumcision, he must abstain from anything that might get him sexually aroused. Suddenly that's not as easy as it used to be. Peg, just being in the room with him, starts getting to him. At one point she's bending over dusting some furniture when you here a *ping* like a string on a guitar breaking. She stops and stands up with a puzzled look on her face, "What was that?" Al looks at her and replies, "A stitch."
