these questions need to be a little bit more specific. in question 6, i would think it would be all right for a little girl to get her ears pierced but i wouldn't approve of massive body piercings. in question 5; it all depends on the degree of tattoo's and piercing. in vegas im sure it is normal to have lots of tattoos and piercings, but if you go to a suburb where families live, then it would be quite a spectacle.
