I've had sooo many problems with Comcast. First, they charged me for a cable box and remote that I never had. NEVER. That was just the beginning...
A groundhog chewed through my cable line. They pulled the whole "we'll come between January and April" sort of thing. After the woman (yes, woman) came, inspected, found that it really was chewed through (no shit!), and was on the verge of leaving, I realized that I didn't have any cable. I chased her van down the street yelling obsenities at her.
Anyway, she came back the next day, off the clock, to fix it. That's a plus for her, but only her, not Comcast.
Sad thing is...she realized that it would never get fixed if I waited for them to do it...
