It's really funny how you mention mention a pocket watch and a jumbo jet because I have heard two creationist analogies that involve those. One is that evolution is like a Tornado going through a junk yard, and a Jumbo Jet is made, and the other is like putting the parts of a watch in a box and shaking it and it will come out a watch.
I don't agree with those analogies, because I know there are numerous flaws in them, but i just think its weird how you mention those.
