Yup, I'm a female, and I'm 5'1". My "healthy" weight range is something like 100-132. I weighed about 105 at most in college. After grad school I was at 135 (and that's when the cellulite piled on), then I started exercising regularly, lifting weights, and watching my intake, and got back down to 110-120 with about 20% body fat. For a long time I was at 115 and holding steady, but for a lot of reasons I recently stopped exercising and started eating badly and now I'm back up to like 123 with 29% body fat. I'm healthy and cardiovascularly fit, but I'd like to be back down in the 110-115 range, and get my muscle back, but I don't know if that's going to be enough to get rid of the cellulite.
