Dude, you fucked up. Shitty jobs are a fact of life if you don't have training. You're gonna do the shit nobody wants to do until you learn the shit that everyone else can do. That means schooling, and a few years of apprenticeship. The shitty bitchwork jobs are a stepping stone towards learning a trade and any skilled labourer has put in thousands (yes, thousands) of hours of doing all the stuff that's, simply put, not worth a skilled person's time.
I'm not gonna say anything about the weed part except that some of us smokers can still do their jobs, and I don't know if you did, but for christ's sake, don't go to work stoned.
