Dude, cut back on the fish. The amount of mercury that's found in almost all varieties of fish these days is dangerously high. That and mercury is accumulative because the body is pretty inept at removing heavy metals from the blood.
If you want to improve mental health, i suggest that you consume a lot of almonds and wheat-germ for their Vitamin E content. Flaxseed oil for omegas and green tea/blueberries for antioxidants
