It sounds like that you are not getting enough sleep? Despite what you may think there is no way of making up sleep. Setup a regular time that you go to sleep, if you can try not using a alarm clock try to train yourself how to get up at the time you would normally set your alarm clock too. if there is a program that you like to watch in the night consider taping it.
Sometimes redness could occur from chemicals such as from household cleaning products, perfumes, colgnes, hairsprays, and so forth.
Also if you suffer from seasonal allergies, from dust, mites, grass, spores, and molds can cause redness.
Smoke from a cigarette can cause redness too. Most times the redness will go away by itself, but if it reoccurs you should really go to a doctor and get to the bottom of it. Hope this helps
