I guess I can see people who already have a problem with the sight of blood having some issues with this but beyond that... it's not really any different for me than any other time of the month. I have known a few women who weren't into it, but most were hornier during that time period and reported generally stronger orgasms as well as at least a temporary subsiding of cramps. And I can report a usual lowering of the cranky level, if one existed.
