There's your problem right there.
Now onto the job, even a tiny dent in a Cadillac's bumper is going cost some serious $$$ to fix, and what you did is going to cost a hell of a lot more.
Even though these employers may have been your friends, they had NO CHOICE but to fire you. You just cost them a lot of money, and bad word of mouth when the owner of the car starts telling all their friends why they didn't get their car back when they were supposed to because someone wrecked it more. No one will want to take their car to a shop that has a reputation for causing more damage.
My advice to you is get off the weed...clean yourself up and walk back into work like a man. Offer to pay for all the damage you caused (if you can afford it, or take it out of your check) and beg for your job back.
Edit: I just read that you aren't going to pay for the damages. And I can tell you, it's going to cost a hell of a lot more than $100 to fix that damage.
You need to grow up, and if this job and those people meant that much to you, you would make up for what you did
