This is pretty much every pot addict coworker story I've ever heard. Stop smoking for one, that will help a ton. Get clean, go out, and get another job. Work hard, don't do the equivalent of ripping off someones bumper, and keep your job.
Watch those alleys too, doing 80 down them is a good way to kill someone.
