Hey, i've been fiddling around with the blender and found a tasty "recipe" for Strawberry-Mango Smoothies.
You'll Need:
A Blender
15-20 Strawberries
1 Mango
Plain Yogurt (Low-fat or Non-fat... although Lowfat tastes better)
2 1/2 - 3 spoons of sugar
Orange Juice
2-3 Cups Chopped Ice
Alchohol (optional...but recommended
)
Throw your strawberries in first
Then slice up your mango and trow that in. (don't worry about peeling it)
Put in your yogurt. Usually 3-4 spoonfulls will do
Pour the OJ in until it covers the strawberries
Blend until smooth
Throw in the ice.
Blend. If it isn't think enough for you, throw another 1/2 cup in.
Taste to see if you'd like it Sweet or Tangy
Put in the sugar if you want sweet. (I prefer it sweet)
There ya go! Pretty simple, but if you use fresh fruit then you'll have a tasty (and healthy) snack. Oh, I almost forgot. If you want to put alchohol in there you can, but remember to put it in with or after the OJ.
