my bf has an "uncut wang". in fact, most of my guy friends throughout high school were uncut. i'm in the very foreign canada though, so... i love the foreskin. it seems to give a lot of extra sensitivity which is really fun to play with. we always leave the skin up when putting on a condom, i have no idea why everyone is going insane over how important it is to put it down cause we've never had a problem in like 2 years of play and fucking. and as for guys who don't know how to wash their genitals well enough i'm pretty sure that's pretty sick with or without skin. the only probelm i've ever found is if we want to fuck a bit without a condom we have to lube up well or it will sometimes be pulled a bit. but it's nothing we can't handle, and definately not a situation which would prevent anyone from getting laid.
