I'm just guessing here, but you're not a mechanic, right? You were probably the only unskilled laborer at the shop. The fact that they had you doing the shit work wasn't because they were trying to be mean to you, it's simply the only thing you can do on your own.
Don't get down on your boss for getting pissed off about the wreck. So you had to move cars around in a tight spot. That's part of the job. You knew that when you went into work that morning. You fucked up. Don't try to shift the blame to other people. Be an adult, offer to pay for your mistake and be more careful in the future.
Or would you rather spend your days asking "Would you like fries with that"?
