Two things - I did both of these when I was very young and a 386 was top of the line
First one - I'd go into the BIOS, because it was one of those old setup programs that changed colours depending on which menu you were in. I tried to get as many colours to show up as possible, with the result of changing god knows how many settings on the computer. Needless to say, the computer wouldn't really boot up correctly after that, so my dad had to fix it.
Next - I made a new directory in c:\ to put some files in.

I didn't remember creating any new directories, so I did: del ..\*.* - it wiped out quite a few system files ... ouch lol
