my first year at university i took astronomy. one night a week we'd trudge up to the top of the science building and stare into the bleak starless night for some semblance of life... but there was too much ambient light to really see anything, so we'd end up pointing our telescopes at the dorm right across the street... i caught one girl as she was changing a bra, but it was brief and fleeting.
