don't depend on the driver to see you. sure you may get lucky and there could be a commercial on their dashboard LCD or maybe they're on hold or not cleaning the jelly off of their shirt from breakfast... but really don't assume shit.
I get sick of hearing people bitch and moan about how THEY need to watch out for us... well guess what, they're not. So pass fast, watch their tires and make sure they can see you... and never assume.
