The last thing Goban remembered was stepping into the large chapel-like room and taking a look around, his eyes leading to the ornate stone carvings along the walls. Despite not being a connoiseur of the arts, Goban found himself spellbound by the intricate details of the stonework depicting ancient stories of the gods, shutting everything that was going on around him out.
Suddenly remembering that he was on an extermination mission, he forced his attention away from the walls and went back to his companions. He was rather confused to see them nursing wounds and breathing heavily. A dejected frown crossed his face as he realized what had happened while he was entranced.
"Something was compelling me to admire the walls, I always seem to miss the action. I guess I'll have to fight twice as hard next time."
