Well, not to be redundant -- but, why not? Yes.
Do you doubt that you can make a difference to one person? Don't think so, you know you can. So even if most of us don't defeat Communism or invent a cheap, limitless form of energy, there are millions of people at any given time making a difference to millions of others. It adds up.
