I know this probably is'nt what your looking for, but getting a second person to help can make for a really interesting exsperiance. Probably the least weird setup for this would be to either get a mutual femail freind to help or hire a pro.
All I can say is that haveing four hands working your back can be really amazeing, particularly if communication is good. On the downside it prevents things from passing much farther than a massage
