and, no, you can't just download books. that's like pirating music. the author don't get his kickback. and, unlike music, in books the author gets a kickback PER BOOK so it's well worth supporting them.
and, as I hit submit, I remember about those e-book thingys... i don't know a thing about those, so if that's what you're talking about, ignore previous paragraph.
