Jadz, I am sorry to have to inform you of an error in this list.

This is incorrect. I grew up in Western Pennsylvania and can tell you for a fact that "city chicken" is not made of minced rabbit brains but rather is a nugget-like concoction comprised of squirrel balls and cat feces.
