I really don't buy into Atkins type diets or completely eliminating all of one type of food. A basic diet that more or less follows the food pyramid is all any human needs. The key is not eating American sized portions all the time. Different types of food on your plate should not touch each other or it is too much. Other than that, eat what you crave. A happy stomach makes a happy mind!
