I see what you were trying to do with the dress and the idea looks good
Tone down the glow on the dress, make it abit tighter around the edges, I think it's the pixel option that allows you to do this.
I can only offer suggestions and advice. Up to you
Tone down that noise filter just a tad, You want it to sparkly.. just not to have it look like shes just had a sequin shower
