A while ago I noticed that someone who was relatively new had an avatar, so I check the profile. they had an average of 49.xx posts per day! Sorry, but I can't imagine that a good proportion of them were "quality" Even doing nothing but scanning the forum all day, I don't think I could come anywhere near that number if I only used
real replies where I had something material to say. Sometimes a couple of words is appropriate, but I see way to much of it IMHO.
I think people should be restricted to the 250 posts for access to the personal stuff, but hey, if you can spam one count you can do another, so I guess it wouldn't help.
Myself, I'm not 100% comfortable with the idea of posting pics or posting personal info, but I will anyway, because otherwise I'd be missing out on the full value of this forum. I've never seen anything of the caliber of TFP anywhere else.
