I don't remember dreams much at all and of the ones I do remember that were arousing in any way, I don't think I've ever climaxed in one. I know for sure I've never had even one experience that resulted in any waking-world evidence.
No... sadly, I am confined to living out fantasies while I am awake. I hate when that happens.
