Sorry if I steal the thread for a sec, but this would be a good moment to ask some questions

. Many people say that the best way to work on abs are sit ups (you know, when you lay down flat on your back and raise your abdomen to a vertical position) , so which is it? Also, does rowing and cycling count as cardio?
