Most recently I loved fighting Mintia on Xenosaga. It took, if I remember correctly, 1hr 12mins to finally kill her. That's not counting the two times I died before. Maybe I should have leveled up and come back later.. nah.. too fun...
I can't any really challenging or interesting bosses right now. I just wish the patterns were harder to see.
