The teachers in my sex ed. classes said that any oil-based anything that is used for the purpose of lube is highly ill-advised. Google seems to agree.
Results from clicking three of the first links that came up in Google when searching for "oil-based lube condom"
"First and foremost, Oil-Based lubricants should never be used with a latex condom. Oil breaks down the condom in a matter of moments and increases the risk of condom breakage and fluid transmission."

"Never use an oil based lubricant as this will damage your condom. Don't use vaseline, hand cream, massage oil or anything like it. If you're desperate to fuck and don't have a water based lube to hand, then even spit is preferable to an oil based lube, though don't make a habit of this."

"Prior to the condom breaking, there could be some microscopic damage to the condom that would not be visible to the naked eye. For this reason, it's best to avoid using oil-based lubricants altogether and eliminate the guesswork."
