Standing behind Thantos with his torch, Vinoh looks into the alcove, along with Father Quadrial.
"Hmm... this doesn't look very inviting, but the maddening thing is that wherever danger lurks something useful might be found. However, I don't think our entire group can fit into this alcove to fight 8-foot tall potential enemies...
Darghon, why don't you send a phantom footman in there to check out what lies beyond the alcove? This way, we can at least know if it's worth it to even go in there. Also, I could use my "multiple phantoms" power to create an illusion of our group and send them through the alcove, to see if this triggers any traps."
