Holleys are easy to rebuild, any novice can rebuild one with no problem and have it work fine.... plus you can adjust the floats from the outside, a common problem for the novice rebuilder.....
4 floats? Thats a 4G or Carter style. Both square bores. Neither one a Q jet. I WOULD advise a novice tear into one. How else is a novice going to learn to not be a novice anymore?
