My day...
Get up, eat breakfast in from of TFP, beat off, shower, get dressed in front of TFP, watch TV and sit in front of TFP for the rest of the day, go to the bar with friends, stumble home, Sit in front of TFP for a few hours, beat off, go to bed around 6am... Get up and do it all over.
