I just have to tell this story. I was assigned a help desk ticket for a broken keyboard. When I visited the user's office I found that it wasn't working and replaced it with a new one.
When I picked up the "broken" keyboard, about a cup of liquid spilled out of it! Turned out she had decided to clean her keyboard. By spraying windex on the keys, wiping it down, and repeating. Not the way to go about it.
Once it dried out, it worked fine.
