OK, they're from the Seventh State, but I'd still like to wave a flag for <B>Crowded House</B>. They play some great stuff, acoustic rock, a sound not unlike the Crash Test Dummies or even some of REM's stuff. They would've done a lot better in the States if only they hadn't led their first album with the jibe at American consumerism, Chocolate Cake.
KAZZAA suggestions: Distant Sun, Weather With You, It's Only Natural, and, of course, Chocolate Cake. If you go out and buy their greatest of album, Recurring Dream, you won't regret it.
