Conclamo Ludus the logic is this: you hit him. Ergo you're to blame.

I know, it's total bullshit, but that's the logic behind it.

And defensive driving will only get you that far. I was standing before a red light, and some girl was just talking to the person next to her, and hit me in the rear while doing about 50 mph. I got out a bit dizzy

Good thing the cops and everyone else were smart enough to realise there is NO WAY I was responsible

Only cost 5 and a half grand to fix the car, thank god for insurance
