I don't what point you are at in puberty but I went through puberty real early and had zits for most of high school. My brother, who is 21 and hit puberty (hair on the chest, back hair type puberty) later still has zits. Also, for me stress is a factor. Around finals and midterms I usually will have a stray pimple or two pop up.
