despite that i generally don't wear undies, i haven't had it caught before. I said before that "something about mary" incident brings tears to my eyes.
The other day when i was talking about this with my friends, he siad he's had his foreskin caught before, but i culdn't imagine getting the whole thing stuck...
i can't see how thats feasible. You should always have a strict procedure and make sure the path is clear before zipping
