The definitive "cool" van for me is the Renault Espace F1 they did years back for the press.
It was (surprisingly) a Renault Espace with the V10 Renault Formula 1 engine stuck in the back, used to give the press some feel for the performance.
Vaguely similar, what about the BMW X5 LM - with something like a 7 liter V12 engine rated at about 700 brake. Ouch.
