Sounds like you are over training my friend.
Cut the cardio to about 20 minute of HIIT and only do it on days you are not lifting.
Lift for about 30-45 minutes three days a week. Split it however you like. Do your abs three days a week as well. I do abs on my cardio days usually.
Pop that in with a healthy diet, and you will be set.
