Lady on top is definitely more comfortable and more enjoyable - guy on top gets a bit tiring - you need to thrust as it is harder for her to move her head - also, they often bend it downwards to get the right angle going...which can get annoying.
When the girl is on top they are in control and the view is so much nicer!!!
