Zelda - Ocarina of Time is great. I must've heard that horse riding music 24 hours a day for months after playing that. Just stuck in my head. Now the soundtrack does it, too.
F-Zero is great to have around. Mute City roxors.
Goldeneye is great, too. Starfox. Wipeout XL.
And of course, the mother of all, GTA:VC.
