ya my computer was running slow too and i did the start>run>msconfig thing and i had a lot of stuff running at startup that just take up a lot of resources. The ones i have noticed most are the quicktime stuff and like kazaa.
BTW how do you turn off file indexing, i just formatted recently and cant remember how to turn it off.
