As bad a life as Jeremy Gross lived up until that point, he still killed Christopher Beers in a premeditated and horrific manner. I feel bad for what went through as a kid, but he lost all of my empathy when he decided to brutally murder the clerk. There was no remorse and no hesitation. The only ones that I pity are Christopher Beers and his family.
The murder was very cold, so I'd have to vote death.
