As far as I know Antec leads the pack. If you go with Intel you'll want a rock-solid PSU, such as, Antec.
My understanding of the AMDs upgrade path is that their 64 bit chips will be backward compatible.
oh yeah, and you'll be upgrading motherboard, proc, and all else in another year anyway, right?
