Swallow.. My wife used to spit most of the time until a girlfriend of hers gave her some advice... now she packs a banana or 2 with my breakfast each morning... apparently the fruit, esp. bananas makes it MUCH better tasting than the normal onion garlic tomato concoctions I love for lunch. now, she drinks it down every time..
