sex drive is easily affected by stress, exhaustion, lack of self esteem or confidence or body image, etc. sex drive is like an indicator of something else, so to "fix" it, you often need to ask yourself what am i not happy with in my non-sex life? the problem can easily be something unrelated like trouble dealing with a co-worker or boss or kids or friends...
