a guy I work with is a former special forces sniper. He is the kind of guy who could get this done. I think the only reason he hasnt gone after the Saddam or Osama is that he doesnt speak any middle eastern languages. He spent most of his time in Central America. Of course, if we should ever get word that either of these two assholes is IN Central or South America, I expect my buddy will be on the next flight out, with or without US govt approval.
